Dumdidumdimsum

So Easter happened. Not so much in my place as I did not search any eggs, nor did I hide any. I did cook but instead of the traditional lamb I we cooked some good old German roast pork. The problem with a two person household that lives most of the time veggie: a kilo of meat is just too much. But fortunately there are ways to recycle all of the meat and tonight we had an amazing dim sum feast.

My oh Pie: My take at Heidi pie. And the classic pork filling

When I visited London a few years ago Doro and I shared a Heidi pie we bought from pie minister’s stand. It was delicious. Their Heidi pie combined the intense flavour of goat’s cheese with the richness of sweet potato and the freshness of herbs and spinach. A delight I missed ever since.

A look back.

Yesterday while I wrote about my blogging process in general I mentioned my previous web 2.0 stuff I did. And after getting a really nice compliment on my photos I went through my flickr stream again. My activity there went to a stop lately, but I realized that I do like many of the photos I considered average before.

So I decided to show some of my favourites here in chronological order and tell some things about them.

Vollposten

The Tegan-woman pulled one of these old tag thingies out one of her many robes and tagged me to answer a few questions. Evil as she is, she stated I would be to hipster to do it. Jokes are on her as I am a hipster AND will also do this. ha.

So let’s do this.
